Butiran Pekerjaan

· Working closely with the floor service crew to make sure the floor operation smoothly.

· Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew.

· Monitor and control business’s operation.

· Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.

· Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling.

· Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines.

· Plan and execute the deployment of service crew.

· Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.

· Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and

upcoming events.

Keperluan

• Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Experience and knowledge in Fine Dining / Thai Cuisine is preferred.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork.
• Advantage of having team management skill.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require.
• No specific education level required.
• Required language(s): English / Mandarin
• Working hour: 45 working hours per week
• Shift: 2:30pm to 11:pm, 6 days a week, Monday as off day
• Service tips sharing among the team
