Its subsidiaries are Kwang Tai Development Sdn Bhd, Kwang Tai Air-Cond & Refrigeration Equipment Sdn Bhd, and Kwang Tai Refrigerators & Electrical Sdn Bhd, located all around East Malaysia in Sibu, Miri, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, and including headquarter at Jln Ang Cheng Ho, Kuching, Sarawak. We are a diversified entity that engaged in the core business of construction development, air-conditioning, refrigeration parts, electrical equipment, as well as stainless steel products. Kwang Tai Development Sdn Bhd is a property developer which currently based in Kuching only. Our present project involves Central Town Phase 1, Central Town Phase 2, and Central View which are located at Muara Tuang, Kuching. We currently having some ongoing projects with other joint venture as well, such as Central World at Pending, Central Villa and Central Siburan at Siburan town. Kwang Tai Air-Cond & Refrigeration Equipment Sdn Bhd mainly provides a wide range of products in the field of air-conditioning and refrigeration for vehicles, cold room, kitchen equipment, and others refrigeration parts. Kwang Tai Refrigerators & Electrical Sdn Bhd is well-known in stainless steel products and supplies customised products for commercial refrigerator, cold room, and refrigerant system according to customers’ requirements and requests for different industries.
