Responsibilities: -Assist in media monitoring for relevant and competing exhibitions -Assist in updating and maintaining digital and social media presence: -Including scheduling Facebook updates -Assist in planning and managing EDMs or eNewsletters -Assist in updating and maintaining visitor database: -Including preparation and sourcing of customer database -Compilation and information sorting with data entry -Assist with supporting side events in the exhibitions: -Including brainstorming sessions for the activities onsite -Communication with external parties to collate relevant information -Preparation of agendas and meeting minutes -Collaborate with the working team on new ideas, directions and materials for marketing communications and media preview events [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-c-i-s-network-sdn-bhd-job-internship-marketing-communications] ; Requirements:- Requirements: -Completing or working towards a college degree preferably in the related fields of Marketing, Communications or Public Relations. -Effective communicator with good grasp of the English language both written and oral with Chinese preferable. -Firm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media space. -Computer and social media literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. -Ability to communicate professionally. -Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task. -Able to undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
