Position: Admin Exec
Located : Seri Kembangan

RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Management:

  • Maintain and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Handle maintenance requests and liaise with vendors for office repairs and services.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist with data entry, data management, and generating reports as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Financial Administration:

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and managing petty cash.
  • Support the finance department with expense reports and financial documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Personal Attributes:

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or SQL accounting software is an advantage.
