Key Responsibilities:

Ensure effective preparation of full set of accounts, WHT & SST and income tax submission, cash flow forecast, and accurate reporting and statutory matters.
Ensuring strict compliance with all accounting procedures and company policies where applicable.
Attend to auditors and tax agents on any queries and meet stipulated deadlines.
Lead, coach and manage team of finance effectively.
To align and standardize end to end process and implement automation technology to maximize the efficiency improvement.
Review creditor and follow-up closely on overdue payments.
Ensure debtors clearing and merchant clearing are completed monthly.
Preparation of yearly budget, and periodic updating of re-forecast.
Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports, highlighting variances between actual and forecast/budget and recommending performance improvement initiatives.
Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

工作要求

Possess an Accounting certificate, LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Prefer some working experience in a similar position. Exposure to F&B industry is an added advantage.
Possess a working knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, excel spreadsheet and accounting software, preferably SAGE.
A quick learner and good team player.
