- E-commerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, IT) to align online initiatives with overall business objectives. - Website Management:
- Oversee the online store's design, functionality, and performance.
- Work with web developers and designers to optimize user experience and ensure the site is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.
- Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. - Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed. - Customer Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, from browsing to checkout and beyond.
- Manage customer service issues related to the online store and work to resolve them efficiently.
- Implement personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. - Inventory and Order Management:
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, sales trends, and order processing efficiency. - Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales data, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize pricing, product selection, and promotional strategies. - Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
工作要求
- Diploma in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in an e-commerce role.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required for this role.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO and SEM.
