Mega 3 Housing Sdn. Bhd. is located at No. 93 & 94, Jalan Era Square 7, Era Square, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, a 4 storey office building being our latest acquisition as our Corporate Headquarters in Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus. (1st February 2016)

The Company was incorporated in August 2001, has a paid up capital of RM500,000 and its core business is to undertake and develop mixed development projects consisting of residential and commercial units at strategic location which shall enhance the purchasers’ ownership value and give good returns on our investments.

We have undertaken and have on going developments in other localities and have set up branch offices at Triang - Pahang, Masjid Tanah - Melaka, Sepang - Selangor and Kuala Langat – Selangor to facilitate easy coordination and management of the sales and marketing and construction of the project.
