We're looking for someone who can work with our known client for the position Customer Service executive .

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative with 0-5 years of experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
Maintain customer records and documentation.

Language required- English & Korean / Mandarin/ cantonese / Japanese / Vietnamese.
Locations- KL, Selongar, penang.
Shift type- Rotatinal & Day shifts
Working type - 5 days working in a week / Mon to friday
