Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative with 0-5 years of experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.

Experience- 0-5yr
Language required- Korean / Japanese / Vietnamese.
Locations- KL, Selangor, Penang.
Shift type- Rotational & Day shifts / Night shifts
Working type - 5 days working in a week / Mon to Friday
Employment type- Full time & Internships.
