Position: Finance Manager

Location: Kepong, KL

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audit processes, and financial reporting standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to optimize company performance.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, providing insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
• Establish internal controls and financial policies to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions on financial matters.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Manage and lead the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Support project costing, pricing strategies, and financial planning for interior design projects.
