-To communicate with our international partners by telephone or electronic medium for domain matter. -To escalate unresolved queries to designated departments for further investigation. -To obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of inquiries and to determine possible causes, and to propose appropriate solutions. -To communicate progress and resolution of issues to internal and external customers. -To maintain accurate and quality response for ISO9001 audit and compliance purposes. -To familiarize with the prepared SOP on covered scenario on handling emails, processing pending orders, as well as answering generally inquiries. -To update daily listing for day to day operation according to the given requirement.
