As the Tenancy Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will be servicing both the homeowners, agents, and the tenants. You will be working on the top 1% handpicked homes in Malaysia. What You’ll Do: -Build a healthy and sustainable relationship with our stakeholders (eg. homeowners, tenants, agents, and building management) -Oversee the full cycle rental of our designer units  -Conduct property rental market research -Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales care and engage with potential clients -Understand clients' needs and expectations to provide recommendations and solutions based on our services (pre-rental/post-rental) -Liaise with internal and external team to schedule and coordinate refurbishment and maintenance services -Oversee and monitor the project flow to ensure the smooth operation of projects -Additional ad-hoc tasks   Working Arrangement: Hybrid.
