Job Description  -Carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization. -Maintaining the accuracy of employee files and databases. -Assisting the implementation of company policies. -Prepare Letters / Documents / Reports etc. -Assist with all aspects of daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, Foreign Workers, KPI, Disciplinary, etc. -Prepare, and update process flow and SOP. -Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects. -Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
