  Responsibilities: -Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client organizations. -Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth. -Present and demonstrate InfoConnect’s solutions to prospective clients and partners, effectively showcasing their value and impact. -Actively manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a hunter mindset to seek and seize new opportunities. -Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets. -Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership. -Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats. -Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product improvements. -Represent InfoConnect at conferences, meetings, and other industry events to build relationships and strengthen our market presence  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-infoconnect-sdn-bhd-job-business-development-manager-solution-sales] ; Requirements:- Qualifications: -Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software or information management solutions. -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong network of industry decision-makers. -Adept at solution sales, with the ability to understand client needs, tailor solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions. -Deep understanding of channel-centric go-to-market strategies and experience working with channel partners. -Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders. -Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team. -Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
