Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Project Manager with expertise in industrial HVAC systems. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing all mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of the project, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction and engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities 

Lead all on-site M&E activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards.

Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and teams to meet project goals.

Oversee procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring cost and timeline efficiency.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to expedite project completion.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and prepare thorough project documentation.
