Position: Junior Assistant Project Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing project development from start to end
• Planning, organizing and tracking work schedule to ensure all project datelines are delivered on time
• Coordinating and overseeing dev and ensure projects are carried out as per schedule
• Communicating and liaising with clients to clarify requirements of the project
• Drafting and summiting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes when necessary
• Proactively managing changes in project scope
• Identifying potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks
• Liaising closely with team
• Fully understand what the directors need and ensure that work is of a certain standard before sending it over for comments
