职位详情

Source materials, services, equipment, and products and liaise with relevant departments to maintain adequate supplies.
Compare and assess quotations for pricing, item specifications, purchase terms, etc.
Set up new supplier or vendor accounts for the company.
Ensure suppliers adhere to company policies and regulations.
Coordinate post-sales services for materials, services, and equipment with suppliers and vendors.
Maintain organized records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other essential data.
Track and manage delivery timelines with vendors.
Enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors or management.

工作要求

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in in the related field.
Self-motivated, independent, and able to work on tight timelines and under pressure to resolve matters according to priorities.
Willing to learn, good working attitude.
Open for fresh graduate.
