We are seeking a skilled QS to join our team. If you’re ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!
Jobscope:
- Cost estimation, claims, budgeting, and cost control.
- Contract management and payment certification.
- Risk management and financial reporting.
- Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm ; Saturday 8.30am to 1.00pm
工作要求
Key Skills:
- Strong math and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of “Engineering Basics and Construction Principles”.
- Initiative, problem-solving, and reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., AutoCad) and Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Certifications (e.g., RICS, AIQS) are a plus.
- Experience in construction projects and cost management.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required for this role.
