Greet and assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and payments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and update patient information in the system.
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and inventory management.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
工作要求
Minimum Education: SPM or equivalent.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to use clinic management software (training provided).
Language Skills: Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently.
Prior experience in customer service or a medical/physiotherapy clinic is an advantage.
