Our Client delivers world-leading corporate travel and events solutions to organisations operating in a variety of specialist sectors around the world.
Their business clients range from oil companies to major retailers, construction to technology and sports to finance. They offer state of the art booking systems, a high quality personal service and superb buying power.
The Group is currently looking for the right candidate to join their Malaysia office as a Key Account Manager. This role will drive customer retention and increasing existing client business representing a point of contact, having taken over from the Sales Managers.
Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Jalan Tun Razak, KL
Key Functions:
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships through regular client contact and communications with Internal teams.
- Renegotiation of client contracts where necessary and ensuring retention of their client base.
- Managing the profitability of existing clients.
- Carrying out implementation of new clients won.
- Carrying out Management Information analysis and providing consultative analysis to the client on a regular basis.
- Building good working relationships with the Sales & Operations Managers and their respective teams.
- Maintaining accurate records in company designated database – Microsoft Dynamics.
- Assisting credit control by ensuring clients are paying to contracted terms.
- Providing a monthly report to Head of Account Management on key achievements, activities, focus areas and requirements for your region.
- Report to the Head of Sales & Account Management with a dotted line to MD.
- Any task as delegated by management.
工作要求
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 Years experience in Customer Service and Account Management
- Well presented, Energetic, Analytical, and Customer Focused.
- Travel Management Company (TMC) Account Management experience essential.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 10,000 to RM 11,000 per month
MYR 100 phone allowance per month
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Medical Coverage
Annual Leave, Bonus Scheme (TBA)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days' work week )
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
