Supervise and coordinate the daily production activities as planned by superior.
Provide guidance, training and support to production team members.
Responsible of the need for manpower requirements.
Monitor employee performance and attendances.
Ensure the employees proceed the work according to WI & SOP, compliance of GMP, FSSC, Safety, Halal, HACCP, audit requirement.
Monitor and optimize production process to improve efficiency and quality.
Supervise and monitor operator's work performance, discipline, attendance and overtime hours

工作要求

• Minimum SPM.

• At least 2-3 years of experience.

• Able to OT

• Willing to learn, adaptability, problem solving & reporting and independent.

• Possess good communication skills with superior and subordinates.
